    Fast and reload also contains “Maltodextrin” of 1280 Mg and “Fructose” of 640 Mg.. Query is what is the normal consumption per day for this 2 ingredients.. Is this 2 will make any sideeffects to our body ??

      When we informed Fast and up team about your question, here’s what their nutritionist had to say- The daily allowance for these sugars is 1g/kg body weight. Hence it varies foe each individual and also their insulin sensitivity. Like any sugars, high dosage of these sugars will also cause elevated blood sugar levels and GI distress.
